Leave the World Behind
Oscar-winner Mahershala Ali is set to join Julia Roberts in the Netflix thriller “Leave the World Behind”. “Mr. Robot” creator Sam Esmail is set to direct and adapt Rumaan Alam’s novel. A production start date is presently unknown.

The suspenseful story follows two families, strangers to each other, who are forced together on a long weekend gone terribly wrong. Issues of parenthood, race, and class emerge in moments of crisis. [Source: Deadline]

Star Wars: Hunters
Lucasfilm Games and Zynga Inc. have released a new cinematic trailer for the competitive online game “Star Wars: Hunters” coming to Nintendo Switch and mobile in 2022. The game sees two teams of four fighters, of various alien species in the “Star Wars” galaxy,” whoe are pitted against each other in an outdoor arena.

Eternals
Total Film has released a series of covers for their upcoming new issue which is doing a cover story on their “Eternals” feature. Most of the main stars of the large ensemble are featured across four separate covers.

Nightmare Alley
Vanity Fair has premiered the first photos from acclaimed director Guillermo del Toro’s next feature “Nightmare Alley” at Searchlight Pictures. The noir thriller is based on the 1946 novel of the same name by William Lindsay Gresham and opens in cinemas on December 17th.

The story follows a manipulative carnival worker (Bradley Cooper) who joins forces with a psychiatrist (Cate Blanchett). Willem Dafoe, Rooney Mara, Toni Collette, Tim Blake Nelson, Mary Steenburgen, Richard Jenkins, Ron Perlman and David Strathairn co-star.
